What is "Made To Order?"
Unless stated otherwise, our products are made to order. This means I don't begin making your item until after an order is placed. This reduces wasteful purchases on our end, keeps unused stock out of landfills, and helps us offer customizations and size ranges, since we only buy what we need.
However, this does mean that you'll generally need to wait 1-3 weeks for your order, but your patience is worth it! Handmade takes time, and I appreciate your understanding!
Do you offer custom designs?
I generally do not offer custom designs due to the time and effort they take.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All pieces are FINAL SALE!
However, if you notice a problem (i.e. size, color, address, etc.) within 24 hours after placing an order, email me with your order number and I can help you either edit it or cancel it. I will not accept cancellations/refund requests/order changes after this point.
Refunds are only available if you receive the WRONG order (i.e. if I made a mistake) otherwise it is final sale, no exceptions. Read the item description carefully before ordering, I include all size, color, and fabric information on there. I am a small business and since items are made-to-order, I can't accept returns.
